I lived in Iran for 14 years, it's an exhilarating place. What people don't usually know about Iran is that it has magnificent jungles in its north, in the form of temperate rain forests, which I'll put some pictures I took in May 2008 for your pleasure, but what this blog is really about is not just the beautiful rain forests of Iran, but about the jungle surrounding everything about Iran.
Iran itself is a jungles of multiple authorities, a confusing political environment, and The Most Confusing social/cultural/historical place in the world.
I'll start from the important outside news and info on Iran each day. Then I'll go to official and nonofficial Iranian websites written in the beautiful and poetic Persian language to inform you on what is important from the Iranian perspective.
